Dian Fatt, one of Malaysia's leading commercial Air Conditioning, Mechanical, and Ventilating (ACMV) design contractors, was established in 1983 as a retailer selling residential electrical appliances and air conditioners.

Founded by Poh Kiat Lim, the company initially focused on residential markets, but quickly grew as the company acquired commercial clients after its appointment by the government as a licensed air conditioner contractor in 1988.

Recognized for exceptionally high quality desin and fabrication that meets and exceeds all requirements set forth by The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-conditioning Engineers (ASHREA), as well as the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association (SMACNA), Dian Fatt has demonstrated on-going commitment to client satisfaction, innovative design, and continuous improvement for over 25 years.
