1. TalentCorp is under the purview of the Prime Minister's Department of Malaysia. TalentCorp is not an employment agency within the definition of "private employment agencies" under the Private employment agency act 1981.
2. TalentCorp does not act as an intermediary for the purpose of procuring employment. TalentCorp has been developed to formulate and facilitate initiatives to address the availability in line with the needs of the country's economic transformation.
3. TalentCorp does not accept any fees or incur any profit while facilitating and implementing policies and initiatives.
4. Any website or links provided in the TalentCorp website and its affiliated portals are for information purposes only. TalentCorp will not be liable for any use of the information and materials from the website or any of the links provided. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure any information, services, application, and or other matters that have been used relating to the website and the link provided is up to your standard and specification.
5. TalentCorp or any of its affiliated portals does not provide any automated job filtering or alerts services to any company, corporations, agencies or any other organizations.

Privacy Policy

1. When using the TalentCorp site, in order to utilize some of the services, you may be asked to provide, or you may choose to upload certain personally identifiable information about yourself which can include your name, NRIC number, passport number, birth date, gender, address and other such information ("Personal Information"). In addition TalentCorp may also collect non-personal identifiable information, such as IP address, pages views, browse type and other data.
2. By using TalentCorp's website and its related job portals, application, services and tools, you expressly consent for your Personal Information to be collected, used and disclosed by TalentCorp to third parties in accordance to paragraph 3 below.
3. TalentCorp does not sell or share your Personal Information with third parties unless for the purpose of providing you with the services you have requested and/or under the following circumstances;
   1. TalentCorp may disclose or provide the Personal Information to organizations and/or partners that are or have participated in TalentCorp's programs and is aware of TalentCorp's confidentiality policy.
