1. CORPORATE DIVISION

2. DISPUTE RESOLUTION DIVISION
The Firm's Dispute Resolution division is renowned, with lawyers having vast experience in general litigation matters, as well as in specialized areas such as international arbitration, banking, commercial law, construction and engineering, property and real estate, employment, insolvency/restructuring, insurance, mediation, shipping and tax. The Firm is proud of the fact that we have several senior practitioners with more than 25 years of experience who regularly appear before the higher courts in the country. Our lawyers have also been involved in a number of landmark cases that have been reported in legal journals.
We are named as the Firm of the Year 2010 (Malaysia) for International Arbitration and Litigation & Dispute Resolution by the Pacific Business Press Asian Counsel. Chambers Asia 2010 and the Asia Pacific Legal 500 2010/2011 rank the Division in Tier 1 for Dispute Resolution.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY DIVISION
Skrine has a prominent IP division and our services encompass all aspects of intellectual property laws and practice from the inception/creation of the intellectual property right to the proper management, maintenance and enforcement of that right. Our scope of work covers character merchandising, copyright protection, franchising, licensing, patent and industrial design registration, technology and telecommunications, trade secrets and confidential information and trademarks. In addition, the IP division has an IT sub-practice group to meet the needs of clients in the fast growing Information, Communications and Technology industry and a litigation sub-practice group which advises on all aspects of IP protection and enforcement.
