In 2010, we established AIG Shared Services (AIGSS) in Malaysia to provide cost-effective business processing outsourcing services and technology services to AIG companies globally whilst constantly finding ways to develop and improve their business processes.

Ideally, they should also have an eagerness to contribute as a team as well as a powerful blend of technical skills, business acumen and the desire to constantly learn and move forward.

 

Some of the qualities that we look for in our candidates are:

 

• Pursuing/ possess a Bachelors degree with a good academic grade.

• Strong proficiency in English. Business-level knowledge of a third language can be advantageous.

• Ability to work analytically and meet strict deadlines.

• Comfortable with working in an information systems environment.

• Involvement in customer-service roles will be an advantage.
