PKT utilizes full BIM implementation in all QS processes, from Early Stage Cost Planning all the way to Final Accounts on all our projects. BIM is used on all current projects.

We pride ourselves in continuously innovating the QS systems we have in place, to improve productivity and accuracy of our work. We welcome anyone who is willing not only to learn, but to also contribute to advancing the industry in conjunction with BIM software developers. All staff will be provided with state-of-the-art hardware and BIM software, and will be continuously educated in the usage of these.

We challenge all staff by engaging them on a diverse range of projects: from high-rise residential, landed housing, commercial, retail, data centres, hotels, infrastructure works, and education institutions. We are looking for personnel, both inexperienced and experienced, and will reward staff based on their abilities to handle projects within a team, their technical growth, and contributions towards improving the company. International company trips are arranged on a biannual basis, with events held throughout the year to celebrate holidays and successes.
